私（ティナ）がバルセロナに住んでいた時は、フェイスブックやソーシャルネットワークは全く必要ありませんでした。友達と話したい時は電話すればいいだけなので。でも今、日本でキャンピングカーで生活をしていると、友人に電話も出来ないし、友人に会う事も出来ません。そこでフェイスブックが私の生活においてとっても重要なものになりました。実際、今では起きてすぐにメールと一緒にフェイスブックをチェックします。そして就寝前にも必ずチェックします。フェイスブックのJPPページのおかけで、多くのバーチャルな友達ができ、JPPの素晴らしい経験を何百人の人と分かち合え、JPPサイトの更新情報も伝える事ができます。フェイスブックへの全ての書き込みを楽しんで読んでいます。これらのコメントが私たちを勇気づけ、私たちは１人で旅しているのでないということに気付きます。実際、何百人の人と一緒にこのキャンピングカーで旅している気分にさえなります。できるだけ多くの人とこのアドベンチャーを分かち合えればと思っています。もしJPPのフェイスブックを見てない人は、フェイスブックも覗いて下さい。簡単な英語で書かれてますが、何語でコメントをしてもらっても大丈夫です。もちろん、日本語か英語かスペイン語かカタルーニャ語だったら私たちにしては便利ですけど。

Quan jo (la Tina) vivia a Barcelona no li trobava la gràcia al Facebook o altres xarxes socials. Simplement pensava que si volia parlar amb els meus amics els trucaria o quedaria amb ells. Però ara que visc en una autocaravana i que pràcticament no tinc cap oportunitat de trucar o quedar amb ningú durant un any, Facebook s’han convertit en una eina molt important a la meva vida. De fet, juntament amb el correu electrònic, això és el primer que miro quant hem desperto i l’últim que llegeixo abans d’anar a dormir. Gràcies a la pàgina de JPP a Facebook hem tingut l’oportunitat de fer un munt d’amics virtuals, així com compartir aquesta gran experiència que és The Japan Photo Project amb centenars de persones i, com no, fer-lo servir també per anunciar les últimes novetats de la nostra pàgina web. Gaudim de tots i cada un dels comentaris que la gent penja a Facebook. Aquests missatges ens animen a seguir endavant. Gràcies a tots els vostres comentaris sentim que no estem sols en aquesta aventura, de fet ens sentim com si estiguéssim viatjant amb centenars de persones a la nostra auto-caravana. ¡Anem una mica “estrets”, però molt contents de viure-ho acompanyats, gràcies a tots! Els que no estigueu seguint JPP a Facebook, si us plau feu-ho! Està escrit en anglès senzill, però podeu fer un comentari en qualsevol idioma, encara que és més fàcil per a nosaltres si ho escriviu en japonès, espanyol, català o anglès!

When I (Tina) was living in my hometown I saw no point on Facebook or other social networks. I just thought that if I wanted to talk with my friends I would just call them. But now that we live in a camping car and we have no chance to call or meet almost anyone for a year, Facebook have become a very important tool in our life. In fact, together with email, this is what we check as soon as we wake up and the last thing we read before going to bed. Thanks to JPP page on Facebook we have had the chance to make virtual friends, to share this great experience that is The Japan Photo Project with hundreds of people and to advertise our new uploads on our website. We enjoy every single comment that people post on Facebook, those that encourage us to keep on going on and those that refer to any aspect on japanese reality. Thanks to your comments we feel like we are not alone on this adventure, in fact we feel like we are hundreds traveling on our camping car. It is a bit packed here but we are very happy to share it with all of you, thank you everyone! If you are not following JPP on Facebook, please do so. It is written in simple English, but you can make a comment in any language, but it is easier for us if you write in Japanese, Spanish, Catalan, or English!

Cuando yo (Tina) estaba viviendo en mi ciudad natal no le encontraba la gracia al Facebook u otras redes sociales. Simplemente pensaba que si quería hablar con mis amigos los llamaría o quedaría con ellos. Pero ahora que vivo en una auto-caravana y que apenas tengo oportunidad alguna de llamar o quedar con nadie durante un año, Facebook se han convertido en una herramienta muy importante en mi vida. De hecho, junto con el correo electrónico, esto es lo primero que compruebo en cuanto me despierto y lo último que leo antes de irme a dormir. Gracias a la página de JPP en Facebook hemos tenido la oportunidad de hacer un montón de amigos virtuales, además de permitirnos compartir esta gran experiencia que es The Japan Photo Project con cientos de personas y, como no, usarlo para anunciar la últimas novedades en nuestra página web. Disfrutamos de todos y cada uno de los comentarios que la gente cuelga en Facebook. Estos mensajes nos ayudan a seguir adelante. Gracias a todos vuestros comentarios sentimos que no estamos solos en esta aventura, de hecho nos sentimos como si estuviéramos viajando con cientos de personas en nuestra auto-caravana. ¡Andamos algo “estrechos”, pero muy contentos de vivirlo acompañados, gracias a todos! 言語の問題。一年前、プロジェクト企画時に、私たちのブログにどの言語を使うかを決めるとき、とても悩みました。できるだけ多くの人に読んでもらうには英 語で書く事は必須だと思いました。でも、森本は日本人ですし、日本でのプロジェクトなので、日本語でもちろん書くべきだと思いました。そして、ティナはス ペイン出身ですし、スペイン語で書くと、スペインだけでなく南米の人も読む事ができるので、スペイン語でも書くことにしました。でも、ティナの母国語はカ タルーニャ語であり、カタルーニャ人として、カタルーニャ語を外すことは考えられませんでした。なので、結局４カ国語でこのサイトを運営するすることにし ました。毎回、ブログを４カ国語で書く事は大変な作業になるため、思った程、頻繁にブログをアップデートできないですが、がんばっています。と、こんなブ ログですが、JPPに一票入れてくれたらうれしいです！

El tema de l’idioma. Fa un any, quan vam pensar en quin idioma havíem d’escriure el nostre bloc ens vam trobar en un complicat debat. Si volíem arribar a un públic ampli, hauríem d’escriure en anglès. De totes maneres, el Toru és japonès i jo (Tina) sóc d’Espanya. Així que escriure només en anglès no tenia sentit. Simplement no era una opció. També calia escriure en espanyol ja que és la segona o tercera llengua més parlada al món. Tot i això, estem fent aquest projecte al Japó, de manera que no tindria cap sentit si no escriguéssim també en japonès. D’altra banda, el català és la meva llengua materna i jo volia utilitzar-la de totes totes també, ja que així és com em sento més identificada. És per aquest motiu que vam arribem a la conclusió que no teníem més remei que escriure en quatre idiomes. La veritat és que a causa d’aquesta situació i la quantitat de treball que això implica, no escrivim tant ni tan sovint com ens agradaria, o com ho faríem si només ho féssim amb un sol idioma. Però estem segurs que l’esforç es veurà compensat un dia o altre! De moment, si us plau voteu pel JPP!

The language issue. A year ago when we thought about what language we should use in our blog we found ourself in a complicated debate. If we wanted to reach to a wide audience, we should have to write it in english. However, Toru is japanese and I (Tina) am from Spain. So writing only in english didn’t make sense. It just wasn’t an option. We should also write it in spanish since it is the second or third most widely spoken language in the world. But we are doing this project in Japan, so it wouldn’t make any sense either if we didn’t write it also in japanese. On the other hand, catalan is my mother tongue and I definetely wanted to use it too, since this is how I feel mostly identified. So that is how we reached to the conclusion that we had no other option but to write it in four languages. The truth is that due to this situation and the amount of work that it involves, we don’t write as often as we would write if we wrote it only in one language. But we are sure that the effort will be compensated one day! As for now, please vote for JPP blog for this contest!

El tema del idioma. Hace un año, cuando pensamos en qué idioma teníamos que escribir nuestro blog nos encontramos en un complicado debate. Si queríamos llegar a un público amplio, tendríamos que escribir en inglés. De todos modos, Toru es japonés y yo (Tina) soy de España. Así que escribir sólo en inglés no tenía sentido. Simplemente no era una opción. También había que escribir en español ya que es la segunda o tercera lengua más hablada en el mundo. Sin embargo, estamos haciendo este proyecto en Japón, de manera que no tendría ningún sentido si no escribiéramos también en japonés. Por otra parte, el catalán es mi lengua materna y yo quería utilizarla a todas luces también, ya que así es como me siento más identificada. Es por este motivo que llegamos a la conclusión de que no teníamos más remedio que escribir en cuatro idiomas. La verdad es que a causa de esta situación y la cantidad de trabajo que ello implica, no escribimos tanto ni tan a menudo como nos gustaría, o como lo haríamos si lo hiciéramos con un solo idioma. Pero estamos seguros que el esfuerzo se verá compensado un día u otro! Por ahora, por favor vota JPP!

Acabem de publicar la desena parella de fotografies de JPP a AERA  Net, la versió online de la revista AERA (revista setmanal japonesa). Hem estat publicant fotografies a AERA Net cada divendres. Cada vegada publiquem dues imatges, una de la Tina i una altra del Morimoto juntament amb un breu text. El text està només en japonès, però segur que podreu gaudir de la parella de fotografies que reflecteixen les nostres visions diferents de Japó. Si no les heu vist, ¡feu-ho ara! We have just published the 10^th pair of pictures of JPP photo series on Aera Net, on-line version of AERA (Japanese weekly magazine). We have been publishing pictures every Friday on Aera Net. Each time we publish two pictures, one of Tina and another of Morimoto with a short text. 数日前に北海道の新しいルポをJPPのサイトに掲載しました。これは、２月に私たちが北海道で撮った多くの写真を３つに分類したうちの１つです。北海道の風景や人のスナップを通して冬の北海道を紹介しています。次回に載せる予定の２つ目は北海道で出会った野生動物の写真です。そして、３つ目が北海道のワカサギ漁です。次回の更新までは、この「冬の北海道」の写真４９枚（モノクロとカラー半々）を音楽付きで楽しんでください。

Recentment hem publicat un nou reportatge a la nostra web sobre Hokkaido. Vam passar 10 dies a l’illa, així que tenim una gran quantitat de material. És per aquest motiu que hem decidit dividir les imatges en tres blocs. Les primeres fotografies ja publicades mostren els diferents paisatges que Hokkaido pot arribar a oferir a l’hivern. El següent es centrarà en la vida salvatge i el tercer reportatge girarà al voltant dels pescadors que treballen en un llac congelat. De moment podeu gaudir del primer: 49 fotografies, la meitat en b/n i la meitat en color i amb música!

Recently we have published a new feature story on our website about Hokkaido. We spent 10 days in the island, so we have a lot of material. That is why we will divide the pictures in three blocks. This first one shows pictures from Hokkaido’s winter landscapes. The next one will be focused on wild life and the third one will show fisherman’s fishing in a frozen lake. So far you can enjoy the first one: 49 pictures, half b/w and half in color with music!

Com molts de vosaltres haureu vist, hem publicat un reportatge sobre Sumi fet a mà. Aquest és el primer d’una nova serie de reportatges anomenada “Japó fet a mà”. Al llarg de l’any visitarem artistes de diverses disciplines que, encara avui dia, fabriquen articles tradicionals com ara tatami, figures de fusta o llanternes de paper entre molts d’altres. Encara es produeixen objectes tradicionals d’aquest tipus en un país conegut arreu per la seva tecnologia sofisticada? Ho intentarem descobrir!

As most of you must have seen, we published a story about hand-made Sumi. This is the first feature story of a new series called Hand-Made Japan. During the whole year we will visit different types of artists that, still nowadays, produce hand-made traditional crafts or japanese products such as tatami, wooden pupets, paper lanterns and many others. ¿Hand-made traditional products are still being produced in a country well-known for its sophisticated technology? We will try to find out!

Como muchos de vosotros ya habréis visto, hemos publicado un reportaje sobre Sumi hecho a mano. Este es el primer reportaje de una nueva serie titulada “Japón hecho a mano”. 数週間前から、私たちの新しい、オフィシャル・ウェブサイトを構築中です。当プロジェクトのコーポレイト・イメージ（ロゴ、Tシャツ、ステッカー、企画書など）を制作した広告代理店のCommonSensenが、かっこいいサイトを作っています。プロジェクト開始の来年１月からはこの新しいサイトに皆さんがアクセスすることになります。このブログも新しいサイトのコンテンツの１つとして継続されます。

Des de fa uns dies ja s’ha començat a treballar en la web definitiva de The Japan Photo Project. L’agència de publicitat Common Sense, responsable del disseny de tota la imatge corporativa del projecte (logo, samarretes, adhesius, memòria, etc.), esta　treballant perque la nova web es converteixi en un portal atractiu i dinàmic per a tots aquells que ens visiteu periòdicament a partir del proper mes de gener.

Since a few weeks ago, we have been working on our new official website. The advertisement agency Common Sense who is in charge of the coporate image for the project (logotype, t-shirts, stickers, proposal, etc.), is working to creat the new attractive and dynamic website for all of you who will visit our website regularly from next January. This blos will continue in the new website as one of the contents.

Desde hace unos días ya se ha empezado a trabajar en la web definitiva de The Japan Photo Project. La agencia de publicidad Common Sense, responsable del diseño de toda la imagen corporativa del proyecto (logo, camisetas, adhesivos, memoria, etc.), esta trabajando para que la nueva web se convierta en un portal atractivo y dinámico para todos aquellos que nos visitéis periódicamente a partir del próximo mes de enero.
