On January 1, 2010, we hit the road. We started from our base in Kobe, towards North, to photograph winter in Japan. During the months of January and February we mainly drove on snowy roads and photographed white lonely landscapes throughout Tohoku and Hokkaido. In March, we drove back directly to Shikoku, the smallest of the four main islands. At the begining of April and with the arrival of spring we devoted ourselves to Honshu, the biggest island of Japan. Photographing and visiting all over Honshu, we drove back towards Hokkaido trying to avoid the hot temperatures and extreme humidity. With the arrival of the fall we crossed again Honshu to towards the the southernmost island of the country: Kyushu. After driving more than 40.000 km, we returned the motor-home and flew to Okinawa to complete the Project.
